Would you like to return one or more products?

This can be done trough this contact form or trough our e-mail adress at the bottom right of the home page, send us a mail and please mention your name and invoice number.

You have the right to cancel your order (in whole or in part) up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason in writing. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product (s). You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs, amounts will be refunded on your account by the same payment method that is used to complete the original order. 

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging.

If all these conditions are met, we will then refund the amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.


Exception: Some products are sent sealed, they can not be returned as return after being broken or damaged, for hygienic reasons and will therefore not be refunded!

We recommend that you first report complaints to us. If this does not lead to a solution, then it is possible to register the dispute by Foundation Webwinkelkeur.


It is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints (if this is not yet available elsewhere in mediation) via the ODR platform of the European Commission.
