Terms and Conditions
NATURAL BIO STORE
Version valid from 1 December 2014.
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every Natural Bio Store offer and to every agreement concluded between Natural Bio Store and consumer.
The general terms and conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the internet site of Natural Bio Store. On request we will send you a written copy.
1.2 By placing an order you indicate that you agree with the general conditions and delivery and payment conditions. Natural Bio Store reserves the right to change its delivery and / or payment conditions after the expiry of the term.
1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general conditions or specific conditions or stipulations of third parties are not recognized by Natural Bio Store.
1.4 Natural Bio Store guarantees that the delivered product meets the agreement and meets the specifications stated in the offer.
1.5 All texts on the Natural Bio Store site are original in Dutch,
Natural Bio Store is not responsible for any translation errors or mistakes that may arise from this.
1.6 The labels, indications, instructions for use and texts on the products offered by Natural Bio Store are almost always in Dutch and / or French and can not constitute a reason for return.
1.7 When goods are delivered on invoice without prepayment, in the event of late payment or default by the customer (after the expiration date on the relevant invoice) a payment reminder will be sent to the customer. If the relevant invoice is not paid within a period of 10 days, Natural Bio Store will send a second free reminder for payment. After the expiry of a period of 7 calendar days after the second reminder, Natural Bio Store will send a third reminder for payment and will charge a € 10 reminder fee for this.
2.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.
2.2 Natural Bio Store will execute the orders within the set delivery period, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If delivery within agreed delivery time is not possible (because the order is not in stock or no longer available), the order will be partially executed, and the value of the non-deliverable products will be credited and refunded to your account.
2.3 Some medical and / or health products are sent sealed, they can not be returned after breaking or damaging the seal. As a result, Natural Bio Store will not reimburse returned goods with broken or damaged seals, as well as any costs arising therefrom.
2.4 The supply obligation of Natural Bio Store will, subject to proof to the contrary, be met as soon as the goods delivered by Natural Bio Store have been offered to the customer once. For delivery at home, at the workplace, at the specified location or at the agreed location, the report of the carrier, which implies the refusal of acceptance, serves as full proof of the delivery offer.
2.4 All terms mentioned on the internet site are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the terms mentioned. View the delivery terms here.
2.5 All delivery periods are only valid after receipt of payment, as soon as we have received your payment, the order is shipped. With the exception of deliveries in Belgium, these can be sent on invoice with the right of payment before the due date on the invoice.
For shipments outside the EU (European Union):
- Local additional VAT and any additional costs must be settled on the spot.
-All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. (21 or 6%)
These prices are valid for shipping and delivery within the EU and euro zone.
- For orders and deliveries outside the EU or euro zone, price differences must be taken into account, depending on price fluctuations and local VAT rates.
-The delivery times are indicative, are only valid after receipt of payment and do not take into account any delays (customs, strikes, force majeure, ...).
-The shipping rates do not include any additional customs costs.
3.1 Prices will not be increased within the duration of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer makes interim price increases.
3.2 All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors.
3.3 All prices on the site are in Euro and excluding VAT.
4. Visibility period / right of withdrawal
4.1 Would you like to return one or more products?
This can be done via the contact form that you can find at the bottom of the homepage under the heading "Return registration & Contact us" or via our e-mail address at the bottom right of the home page, please mention the invoice number. You can also use the return form provided during the ordering process. You have the right to cancel your order (in whole or in part) up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason in writing. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product (s). You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging.
If all these conditions are met, we will then refund the amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Exception: Some products are sent sealed, they can not be returned as return after being broken or damaged, for hygienic reasons and will therefore not be refunded!

We make every effort to handle and answer your question as quickly as possible! Usually this happens within 4 hours after receiving your message.
We recommend that you first report complaints to us. If this does not lead to a solution, then it is possible to register the dispute for mediation via Stichting Webwinkelkeur.
It is also possible for customers in the EU to register complaints (if this is not yet available elsewhere in mediation) via the ODR platform of the European Commission.
4.3 If there is a consumer purchase, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act, the customer has the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 14 working days without giving any reason. This period starts at the moment the ordered items are delivered. If the customer has not made use of the statutory return right within the period of 14 days after receipt, the purchase is a fact.
During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging carefully. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The customer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of mail delivery.
Return of the goods must take place in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in new condition. If the goods have been used, encumbered or damaged in any way, Natural Bio Store reserves the right to charge depreciation. With due observance of the provisions in the previous sentence, Natural Bio Store will within 14 days after good receipt of the return shipment or 14 days after proof of return (the shipping certificate must explicitly state the contents of the return shipment), ensure refund.
Upon return of the entire purchase, the full purchase price including any calculated shipping and / or payment costs will be refunded to the customer. When returning only a part of the received purchases, only the purchase value of the returned items is refunded.
Additional costs as a result of a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery will never be refunded.
4.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- service agreements, after full execution of the service, and only when the performance has begun with the consumer's explicit prior consent and the consumer has declared that he loses his right of withdrawal as soon as the entrepreneur has fully executed the agreement.
- goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations on the financial market, on which the supplier has no influence and which can occur within the withdrawal period.
- goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, for example tailor-made products, or which have a clearly personal character.
- health or hygiene products whose seal has been broken or damaged after delivery.
5. Data management
5.2 Natural Bio Store respects the privacy of the users of the internet site and ensures confidentiality of your personal data.
5.3 Natural Bio Store makes use of a mailing list in some cases. Each mailing contains instructions to remove yourself from this list.
5.4 Payment providers:
Natural Bio Store commits theirselves to only work with reliable payment providers. Personal data necessary for completing an order is never shared with third parties, they can only be shared with the chosen payment providers that the buyer has chosen after it was clicked by the buyer, not before.
Pay afterwards by Klarna (pay within 14 days): This payment option is offered in collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Payments with this payment method must be made to Klarna.
6. Warranty and conformity
6.1 The entrepreneur warrants that the products and / or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and / or usability and the legal provisions existing on the date of the conclusion of the agreement. and / or government regulations.
6.2 An arrangement offered by the entrepreneur, manufacturer or importer as guarantee does not affect the rights and claims that the consumer can assert to the consumer in respect of a shortcoming in the fulfillment of the obligations of the entrepreneur by virtue of the law and / or the distance contract.
6.3 Any liability of Natural Bio Store in the event of damage is limited to a maximum of the invoice amount of the items concerned, or (at the option of Natural Bio Store) up to the maximum amount covered by the liability insurance of Natural Bio Store in the relevant case. Any liability of Natural Bio Store for any other form of damage is excluded, including additional compensation in any form whatsoever, compensation for indirect damage or consequential loss or damage due to lost profits.
6.4 Natural Bio Store is not liable for damage caused by intent or equivalent conscious recklessness of non-managerial staff.
6.5 This warranty does not apply if:
A) and as long as the customer is in default towards Natural Bio Store;
B) the customer has repaired the delivered goods himself and / or processed or has third parties repaired or processed.
C) the delivered goods are exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise careless handling or contrary to the instructions of Natural Bio Store and / or instructions on the package are treated.
7.1 Offers are without obligation, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
7.2 Upon acceptance of a non-committal offer by the buyer, Natural Bio Store reserves the right to revoke or deviate from the offer within the period of 3 working days after receipt of that acceptance.
7.3 Verbal commitments only bind Natural Bio Store after they have been explicitly confirmed in writing.
7.4 Offers from Natural Bio Store do not automatically apply to repeat orders.
7.5 Natural Bio Store can not be held to its offer if the customer should have understood that the offer, or any part thereof, contained an obvious mistake or error.
7.6 Additions, changes and / or further agreements are only valid if agreed in writing.
8.1 An agreement between Natural Bio Store and a customer comes about after an order has been assessed by Natural Bio Store for feasibility.
8.2 Natural Bio Store reserves the right to refuse orders or orders without giving reasons or to accept them exclusively on the condition that the shipment is made cash on delivery or after payment in advance.
9. Images, packaging and specifications
9.1 All images; photographs, drawings, texts etc .; eg data concerning weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc. on the internet site of Natural Bio Store are only approximate, are indicative and can not lead to compensation, return or dissolution of the agreement.
9.2 All packaging visible on the Internet site of Natural Bio Store are also indicative, (these change regularly) and can not be a reason for compensation, return or dissolution of the agreement.
10. Force majeure
10.1 Natural Bio Store is not liable, if and to the extent that its obligations can not be fulfilled due to force majeure.

10.3 In the event of force majeure, Natural Bio Store reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the content of the agreement is amended so that execution remains possible. Under no circumstances is Natural Bio Store obliged to pay any penalty or compensation.
10.4 If Natural Bio Store has already partly fulfilled its obligations on the occurrence of the force majeure, or can only partly fulfill its obligations, it is entitled to invoice the already delivered or deliverable part separately and the customer is obliged to pay this invoice as it was a separate contract. However, this does not apply if the already delivered or deliverable part has no independent value.
Natural Bio Store is not liable for damage to vehicles or other objects caused by improper use of the products. Before use, read the instructions on the packaging and / or consult our website.
12. Reservation of ownership
12.1 Ownership of all goods sold and delivered to the customer by Natural Bio Store remains with Natural Bio Store as long as the customer has not paid the claims of Natural Bio Store pursuant to the agreement or earlier or later similar agreements, as long as the customer has performed the or work still to be performed from these or similar agreements has not yet been paid and as long as the customer has not yet paid the claims of Natural Bio Store due to shortcomings in the fulfillment of such obligations, including claims in respect of fines, interest and costs.
12.2 The goods delivered by Natural Bio Store that fall under the retention of title may only be resold within the framework of normal business operations and may never be used as a means of payment.
12.3 The customer is not entitled to pledge the goods falling under the retention of title or encumber them in any other way.
12.4 The customer already gives unconditional and irrevocable consent to Natural Bio Store or a third party to be appointed by Natural Bio Store, in all cases in which Natural Bio Store wishes to exercise its ownership rights, to enter all those places where its properties will be located. and to take those things there.
12.5 If third parties seize goods delivered under retention of title or wish to establish or assert rights thereon, the customer is obliged to notify Natural Bio Store of this as soon as reasonably may be expected.
12.6 The customer undertakes to insure the goods delivered under retention of title and to keep them insured against fire, explosion and water damage as well as against theft and to make the policy of this insurance available for inspection at Natural Bio Store on first request.
12.7 Goods or services already delivered to the customer remain the property of Natural Bio Store as long as the invoice amount due has not been paid in full. In the event of non-payment to Natural Bio Store, Natural Bio Store reserves the right to fully or partially reclaim the delivered goods on site.
12.8 When goods are delivered on invoice without advance payment, in case of late payment or default by the customer (after the expiry date on the relevant invoice) a payment reminder will be sent to the customer. If the relevant invoice is not paid within a period of 10 days, Natural Bio Store will send a second free reminder for payment. After the expiry of a period of 7 calendar days after the second reminder, Natural Bio Store will send a third reminder for payment and will charge a € 10 reminder fee for this.
13. Applicable law / competent court
13.1 Belgian law applies to all agreements.
13.2 Disputes arising from an agreement between Natural Bio Store and buyer, which can not be resolved by mutual agreement, shall be heard by the competent court within the district of Leuven, unless Natural Bio Store prefers to grant the difference to the competent court of to subject the buyer's domicile, and with the exception of those disputes that are part of the subdistrict court's competence.
These General Terms and Conditions of Natural Bio Store are changeable, and can be changed on a daily base.
