How much are the shipping costs?

When can I expect my order?

 

  • Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg: 2 working days.

 

  • France, Germany, Great Britain: 3 to 4 business days.

 

  • Other EU countries: 4 to 6 working days.

 

  • In most other countries of the world: 4 to 8 working days.

Can I return my order for free?

Yes this can be completely free from Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg from a purchase price of 50 euros, for other countries this can also be free from the amount that entitles you to free shipping. *

For smaller purchase amounts, the return rates are the same as the shipping rates. *

The deadline for free return: The return must be reported to Natural Bio Store at the latest within 14 days (after receipt of the order). Then they have 14 days to return the order.

 

* Some cosmetic and / or health products are sent sealed, they can not be returned after breaking or damaging the seal. As a result, Natural Bio Store will not reimburse returned goods with broken or damaged seals, as well as costs arising therefrom.

 

 

 

What if my order is damaged?

Damage should be reported as soon as possible after receipt of the order. Please contact us in this case.

Damaged goods can of course be returned free of charge for purchase amounts that entitle to free shipping.

For smaller purchase amounts, damaged goods will only be compensated after mutual consultation and when sufficient evidence is provided of the damage. This can be done by means of clear photos on which the nature of damage can be clearly established.

 

 

 

Which company delivers my order?

All shipments are made with BPOST (Belgian Post).

For shipments outside Belgium, BPOST works together with external companies such as: DPD, POSTNL, etc ...

 

 

 

How do I know when my order is delivered exactly?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail containing a link and track & trace code. With this code you can always follow up your shipment.

 

 

 

Are all products on the Biological products website?

No, all products on the website are natural products (without synthetic & other artificial additives). A part of the product range is Organic products, which you can recognize by the word "Bio" in the product title.

 

 

 

Are Biological products certified Bio Products?

Yes, all Organic Products at NATURAL BIO STORE are certified organic products with Bio-label.
